Cancelling your membership

If you have changed your mind, you do not need to explain yourself and you do not need to use this page. An email saying so is enough.

Within the first 14 days

You have 14 days to cancel for any reason or none, and we will refund your fee in full. The 14 days begin on the day after your membership was confirmed and end at the close of the fourteenth day. It makes no difference how much of the membership you have used in that time.

Email [email protected], or complete the form below and send it to the same address. Any clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough. We will refund you within 14 days of hearing from you, by the method you used to pay.

Stopping your membership renewing

Membership renews automatically each year on the anniversary of the day it was confirmed. We email you at least 30 days beforehand with the date and the amount.

You can stop it renewing at any time before your renewal date by emailing [email protected]. Your membership then runs to the end of the paid membership period, and you retain access to your membership benefits until it ends.

If you would rather stop now

You can ask us to close your access before the paid membership period ends. We will do that, and we will stop your membership renewing at the same time, so that nothing further is charged. After the first 14 days this does not ordinarily carry a refund.

After the first 14 days

Your membership runs to the end of the paid membership period and the annual fee is not refundable. There are exceptions.

We will refund the unused part of your fee, worked out by the number of days remaining and paid within 14 days by the method you used to pay, if:

•        we make a change that significantly reduces what your membership gives you, or we stop providing the membership altogether;

•        we change the Membership Terms in a way that materially affects your rights; or

•        we end your membership ourselves.

Separately from all of that, you keep any refund or other remedy the law gives you. Nothing on this page or in the Membership Terms takes away your legal rights as a consumer.

If something has gone wrong

If you would like to tell us why you are leaving, we would genuinely like to hear it, and we will not use it as an opening to talk you out of going. If you would rather not say, that is completely fine and there is nothing further you need to do.
